1) What types of glasses are available at NAMART?
NAMART offers a wide range of eyewear, including

- Prescription Glasses: Frames with powered lenses based on your prescription
- Frames Only: Buy the frame without lenses (lens selection optional)
- Non-Eyesight (Zero Power): Plano lenses for fashion or screen use without power
2) Do you offer lenses for specific needs?
Yes. We offer multiple lens options depending on your lifestyle and vision needs:
- CR (Hard Coated): Durable, scratch-resistant basic lenses
- Computer Lens (Multi-Coated): Helps reduce glare and improves clarity
- Blue Cut (Anti-Blue Light): Helps reduce blue light exposure from screens
- Transition / Photochromic: Darkens in sunlight and remains clear indoors
- Bifocal: Distance + near vision
- Progressive: Seamless vision for near, intermediate, and distance
3) How do I know which lens is best for me?
If you’re unsure, message our support team on WhatsApp with your usage (office/screen/outdoor) and prescription (if any). We’ll guide you to the best option.

4) How do I place an order on NAMART?
- Visit www.namart.pk
- Choose your eyewear (sunglasses, prescription glasses, or frames)
- Select your option: Frame Only, Non-Eyesight (Zero Power), or Eyesight (Prescription)
- If prescription, select your lens type and any upgrades
- Add to cart, checkout, and enter your delivery details
- Choose payment method and click Place Order

5) Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours) to request changes before dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
6) What is NAMART’s shipping policy?
- Shipping: Free delivery across Pakistan
- Delivery Time: Typically 3 to 7 business days (custom/prescription may take longer)
- Tracking: Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp after dispatch

7) Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, NAMART ships within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.
8) How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, NAMART sends the tracking information via WhatsApp on your registered number.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
9) Can I return or exchange my glasses?
Yes. NAMART accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the parcel, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and without scratches.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- For customized prescription orders, only the frame price may be refundable (lens charges are usually non-refundable)

10) What payment methods are available at NAMART?
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your parcel arrives
- Easypaisa: Pay via the Easypaisa app or outlets
- JazzCash: Pay via the JazzCash app or outlets
