7-Day Return & Refund Eligibility
You can initiate a return/refund request within 7 days after delivery for eligible products.
- Return Window: Within 7 days of receiving the parcel
- Condition: Item must be returned in original condition (no scratches, cracks, breakage, or damage)
- Order Details: Please include your Order Number inside the parcel for smooth processing
- Return Shipping: Customer must return the parcel using a traceable courier service at their own expense
- Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item
How to Return Your Eyeglasses or Sunglasses
Step 1: Repack the Parcel Safely
Carefully repack the glasses to avoid damage during transit. Inside the package, include:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Contact Number
Step 2: Ship Your Parcel (Traceable Courier Only)
Send your parcel using a traceable courier or registered post. The return address will be shared on WhatsApp after you contact our support team.

Refund Policy for Customized Prescription Glasses
Customized prescription eyewear and specialized lenses are made specifically for your requirements. For these orders, the following rules apply:
- Frame Refund: If a refund is approved for customized prescription eyewear, only the frame price is refundable.
- Lens Charges: Lens charges (including premium lenses such as blue cut, transition/photochromic, and progressive) are non-refundable.
- Incorrect Prescription (Our Error): If the lenses are made with an incorrect prescription compared to the details you provided, we will offer a full refund or an exchange after verification.
Important Notes
- Items returned with scratches, damage, or signs of mishandling may not qualify for a refund/exchange.
- Please pack the product properly—damage during return transit can affect eligibility.
- Always use a traceable courier so your parcel can be tracked.
