1. Shipping Locations

We offer free shipping across Pakistan, making it easy and affordable for you to get your desired eyeglasses, sunglasses, or prescription glasses delivered to your doorstep.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free shipping, with no additional courier service charges.

3. Delivery Time

• Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
• Customized orders, such as prescription glasses, may take additional time depending on lens preparation.

4. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information via WhatsApp on your registered contact number. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment conveniently.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to customers within Pakistan.
