Shipping Policy

At NAMART, we deliver eyewear across Pakistan with safe packaging, fast dispatch, and free shipping. This policy explains shipping coverage, processing timelines, delivery estimates, and tracking updates.

1) Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2) Shipping Charges

Free Shipping Nationwide: All orders on NAMART qualify for free delivery across Pakistan (no extra courier charges).

3) Order Processing (Dispatch)

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (PKT): processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM: processed the next business day
  • Weekend/public holidays: processed on the next business day

Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

4) Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard eyewear orders: 3–7 business days
  • Customized/prescription orders: may take additional time depending on lens preparation

Delivery time can vary by city/area and courier route conditions (especially remote regions).

5) Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, NAMART shares your tracking details via WhatsApp (or SMS) on your registered number. You can use this tracking to monitor delivery status.

6) Delivery Attempts & Customer Availability

  • Please ensure your phone number is active and your delivery address is complete.
  • If the courier cannot reach you or delivery is refused/unavailable, the parcel may be returned.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), availability is important to avoid delays or return-to-origin.

7) Address Changes

If you need to update your address or phone number, contact us as soon as possible. Changes are usually possible before dispatch.

8) Damaged Parcel or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Keeping an unboxing video is recommended for quick resolution.
